Boaz presiding~ was held Tuesday~ January l3~

1976, in the Council Chamber~ City Hall~ beginning at 7:30 P.M.~ and

with all members--with the exception of Councilman Barry A. Greene--being

present~ viz.~ Harry L. Boaz, Mayor; William D. Hobson~ Vice Mayor;

Morton W. Lester; and G. S.
