June 13,2000 <br /> <br />the City Code. Ronnie Minter, Commissioner of the Revenue, stated, "This Ordinance <br />was recommended by the Virginia Municipal League and approved by the City Attorney. <br />It will effect us and may be a revenue loss of approximately $10,000.00." Vice Mayor <br />Teague moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2000-4, on first reading, as presented; the <br />motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: <br />Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Crabtree, Dallas, Haskell, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> Council considered approving the Consent Agenda.
