Michael Humlan, 1999-2000 <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />1. J. Ronald Ferrill, 1994-2000 <br />2. Robert A. Willjams, 1989-2000 <br /> <br />C. Industrial Development Authority <br /> 1. (See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We recommend that Council approve this Special <br />Use Permit request as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />V. Consider requesting the assistance of the Virginia State Police in <br /> enforcing the City's local motor vehicle decal ordinance, as <br /> authorized by Virginia Code Section 46.2-752.G and 46.2-102. <br /> <br /> <br />
