<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular session assembled
<br />June 27,2000, that the following sums of money be and hereby are appropriated--by Funds--for
<br />the City's fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, from the following Fund sources of estimated revenue:

<br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency existing, this Ordinance shall
<br />be in force on and after July 1,2000.

<br />Next, Council considered adoption of a Resolution establishing Holiday and Leave regulations for City
<br />employees under the jurisdiction of the City Manager. If adopted, the new regulations will become a part of
<br />the City's Employee Manual. Council approved upon motion duly seconded, with all members voting: Vote
