City <br /> Standard No. i and City Standard No. 2 shall govern the installation of water and <br /> sewer utilities respectively. <br /> (5) Before and after lines are covered, they shall meet city public works department <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> <br /> (6) Pavement base shall be five (5) inches of compacted stone. <br /> <br /> (7) Streets will be paved to width of conformity with state department of highways and <br /> transportation requirements. <br /> <br /> (8) Plans and profiles of water and sewer lines shall be prepared and submitted to the <br /> City, both before construction and after completion of construction, for the permanent <br /> records of the city public works department. <br />(Code 1971, App. D, §§ 2, 3) <br /> <br />Sec. 23-46. Requirements for water extensions along streets in state system. <br /> <br /> The construction of water line extensions along paved streets or roadways that are within <br />the primary or secondary system of the state department of highways and transportation shall <br />require conformity with subparagraphs (2), (4), (5) and (8) of section 23-45(b) and when <br />property abutting on such streets or roadways is subdivided or resubdivided after December <br />17, 1957, such subdivision or resubdivision shall be in accordance with the design standards of <br />section VI of the subdivision ordinance and subject to approval by the city planning commis- <br />sion as provided in subparagraph (1) of section 25-45Co). <br />(Code 1971, App. D, § 4) <br /> Cross reference--Subdivision ordinance, App. A. <br /> <br />1373 <br /> <br />[The next page is 1423] <br /> <br /> <br />
