<br />Sec. 13-25. Loitering or playing in parks or playgrounds between certain hours or
<br /> when same are closed.
<br />
<br /> It shall be unlawful and a Class I misdemeanor for any person to loiter or play in or upon
<br />any public park or playground in the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on the
<br />following day, or during the hours in which any such park or playground is closed, as
<br />indicated by posted signs at the entrances thereto, describing such hours of closure.

<br />Sec. 13-26. Possession of alcoholic beverages in parks or playgrounds.
<br />
<br /> It shall be unlawful and a Class 4 misdemeanor for any person to possess any alcoholic
<br />beverages, whether opened or unopened, in any city park or on any public playground.

<br />Sec. 13-27. Expectorating in public places.
<br />
<br /> (a) No person shall spit, expectorate or deposit any sputum, saliva, mucus or any form of
<br />saliva or sputum upon any public sidewalk, or upon the floor, walls, stairways or any other
<br />part of any public building or place where the public assembles, or upon any part of a public
<br />vehicle or conveyance in the city.

<br /> (b) A violation of this section shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor.

<br />Sec. 13-28. Damaging, defacing, etc., property generally.
<br />
<br /> If any person, unlawfully but not feloniously, takes, carries away, destroys, defaces or
<br />injures any property, real or personal, not his own, he shall be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor.

<br />Sec. 13-29. Damaging ordefacing property in or on streets, lanes or public squares.
<br />
<br /> Every person who shall maliciously, wantonly or carelessly mark with chalk or daub with
<br />paint, cut, break or otherwise injure or deface any fence, wall, post, lamppost, lamp or lantern,
<br />utility pole, tree, tree box, show window, house or other building or sidewalk in or upon any of
<br />the streets, lanes or public squares of the city shall be guilty of a ClaSs'iI.~.misdemeanor.
