March 14, 2000 <br /> <br />complaints, motions, claims and any other pleadings in connection <br />with the bankruptcy proceeding of Tultex Corporation and its <br />subsidiaries, currently pending in the United States Bankruptcy <br />Court, Western District of Virginia, Lynchburg Division, that he <br />deems necessary and or advisable to recover any and all unpaid <br />obligations owed by Tultex to the City, including, but not limited to, <br />real estate taxes, personal property taxes, and utility services. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this resolution to Robert J. Burr, Esq., Sands, <br />Anderson, Marks & Miller, P. C., 802 East Main Street, Suite 1400, <br />P. O. Box 1998, Richmond, Virginia 23218-1998. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Dewey P. Cashwell, Jr., stated, "The next Job Fair is <br /> <br />scheduled for April 13, 2000, 10:00 A. M. - 4:00 P. M., at the National Guard Armory." <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Haskell, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned at 9:18 P.
