Agreement <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />· Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Title 2, Chapter 21 (Section 2.1-340 et <br /> seq.) of the Code of Virginia, to the event required by federal and state law, <br /> consistent with federal con~dentiality requirements and the Virginia Privacy <br /> Act, Title 2, Chapter 26 (Section 2.1-377 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia. <br />· Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the General Industry (29 CFR <br /> Part 1910) inclusive of the "Virginia Preface to OSHA Standards Book for <br /> General Industry". <br />· Virginia Child Labor Laws as contained in Title 40, Chapter 5 (Section 40.1- <br /> 78 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia. <br />· Virginia Worker' s Compensation Act as contained in Title 65.2 of the Code of <br /> Virginia. <br />· Titles I, II and III of the JTPA (PL 97-300, as amended). <br />· JTPA Final Rule Regulations, 20 CFR Part 626, et al, including subsequent <br /> revisions or amendments. <br />· Duly authorized waivers approved by the U.S. Department of Labor <br /> (USDOL). <br />· Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327-332). <br />· Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-87 and A-122. <br />· USDOL administrative regulations, at 41 CFR 29-70 (property management- <br /> private); 29 CFR Parts 93 (lobbying restrictions), 96 (audits), 97 (property <br /> management), and 98 (debarment and suspension); and 29 CFR Part 98 (drug- <br /> flee workplace). <br />· Equal Employment Opportunity Directives. <br />· Titles II and III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property <br /> Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (PL 91-646). <br />· Title IX of the Education .~mendments of 1972, as amended. <br />· The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended. <br />· The Comprehensive Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Prevention, Treatment <br /> and Rehabilitation act of 1970 (PL 91-616), as amended. <br />· The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. <br /> <br />The WA understands and agrees to immediately desist from and correct any violations <br />noted, and to automatically incorporate all changes to the above laws, acts, regulations <br />and directives. <br /> <br /> The WA assures that any service, product, report or other information generated <br />by a computer is year 2000 compliant. <br /> <br /> If the WA is in default of the terms of this Agreement, the VEC shall have the <br />right to withhold further funding under this Agreement or terminate this Agreement upon <br />such notice as may be reasonable under the circumstances, in addition to any other <br />remedy available under law if such action is deemed reasonably necessary by the VEC to <br />carry out its duty under the JTPA and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. <br /> <br /> <br />
