S. Department of Justice to be used by the Police Department. Accept and appropriate $7,100 received from the sale of City-owned property (Lot 34 on Railroad Street) into Revenue 01100905-450208 - Sale of Property for Expenditure 01812242 - Signage under Miscellaneous Development Expense in the General Fund to be used for overhead signs on 220. Authorize a Business Equipment IDA Grant under the Enterprise Zone Program to Fitness Connection in the amount of $206.20, which is the authorized 50% grant for the second year of participation, from the IDA Reserve Fund. Authorize a Landfill Tipping Fee IDA Grant under the Enterprise Zone Program in the amount of $t,430.40, to Nichols Construction Company for debris taken from demolition of the old Womack Supply Company at 619 Church Street, from the Refuse Fund. There being no further business to come before Council during their regular meeting, upon motion by Council Member Haskell, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned at 10:52 P.
