Mallard to rezone 411 East <br />Church Street from R-9 Residential to P-2 Professional. <br />Set a public hearing for August 24, 1999, on a request by the <br />County of Henry for endorsement of an amendment to the <br />Joint Martinsville-Henry County Enterprise Zone Plan which <br />would add the Patriot Centre at Beaver Creek and remove <br />some land on the west side of Henry County.
