TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 1999 <br /> <br />Council next considered conducting a Public Hearing on the disposal of City-owned real estate by the conveyance <br /> <br />of the same to Mar~nsville Redevelopmerit and Housing Authority, as follows: <br /> <br />A. All of the remaining parcels in the Clearview Business Park <br /> <br />B. A parcel fronting Brookdale Road. <br /> <br />The Public Hearing is a formality for designating City-owned land that is for sale. City Manager Reynolds <br />recommended that Council authorize the City Attorney to prepare the proper documents conveying these properties <br />to the Mar~nsvffie Redevelopmerit and Housing Authority. The Public Hearing was opened. No comments were <br />made.
