A. Solicitation of Applications <br /> <br />Access to submit applications will be afforded to all persons regardless of age or <br />disability. A neighborhood meeting will be held to provide information on the program <br />to residents within the target area. Additionally, brochures describing the program will <br />beg distributed to each of the homes located in the neighborhood. The brochure will <br />describe the program procedures, criteria, and locations of meetings at which further <br />questions can be asked. Households with literacy problems will be visited to explain <br />the program. <br /> <br />A statement regarding the Provision of the Privacy Protection Act of 1976 will be <br />provided to each applicant with the assurance that their fights under the Act will be <br />abided by. <br /> <br />Each applicant will be required to provide a statement indicating the names and ages <br />of all household occupants who will reside in the rehabilitated property. <br /> <br />B.
