The vegetation to the south of the proposed facility remains as a visual barrier. <br />2. If lighting is required on the monopole, by the FAA, the light will be positioned to <br /> reflect upward. <br />3. A landscaping plan around the facility will be submitted for approval by the Planning <br /> Commission staff. <br />4. Any changes to the design of this facility or it conditions will be submitted for <br /> approval to the Martinsville Planning Commission. <br />5. The proposed facility will be 20 feet by 20 feet in size. <br />6. The proposed structure will be covered by a bond or insurance to adequately cover <br /> any damages that may be caused by the failure of the wood pole or interference of its <br /> radio frequencies. <br />7. Proper signage shall be installed on the fencing surrounding the facility to ward off <br /> any trespassers. <br />8. Proposed facility will allow for collocation of other providers. <br />9.
