(3) Time schedule for the commencement and completion of the demolition or conversion. <br /> <br />Demolition will commence immediately after property acquisition and tenant relocation. The <br />targeted timeframe will be determined in the Project Management Plan. <br /> <br />(4) General location on a map and approximate number of dwelling units by size (number of <br /> bedrooms) that will be provided as replacement units. <br /> <br />One (1) vacant dilapidated unit will be acquired and rehabilitated. The dwelling unit size (number <br />of bedrooms) will be determined in a future household survey. The unit location is shown on the <br />attached map. <br /> <br />(5) The source of funding and a time schedule for the provision of replacement dwelling units. <br /> <br />City funds will be used to rehabilitate the vacant dilapidated unit. The targeted timeframe will be <br />determined in the Project Management Plan. <br /> <br />(6) The basis for concluding that each replacement dwelling unit will remain a low/moderate <br />income dwelling unit for at least I 0 years from the date of initial occupancy. <br /> <br />The condition that the rehabilitated unit remain a low/moderate income unit for at least 10years <br />from the initial date of occupancy will be a covenant in the deed of sale. <br /> <br />(7) Information demonstrating that anyproposed replacement of dwelling units with smaller <br />dwelling units is consistent with the housing needs of low/moderate income households in the <br />jurisdiction. <br /> <br />The replacement dwelling unit will be approximately the same size as the cleared dwelling unit, <br />and comparable in size to other dwelling units in the predominantly low/moderate income <br />Southside neighborhood. <br /> <br />The City will provide relocation assistance to each low/moderate income household displaced by <br />the demolition of housing or by the direct result of assisted activities. Such assistance shall be <br />that provided under Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as <br />amended, or the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of <br />1970, as amended. <br /> <br />The City's FY 1999 project includes the following activities: <br /> <br />Interim Assistance <br />· Neighborhood cleanup <br />Acquisition <br />· Vacant/abandoned substandard structure (tax map parcel 41 (5)9) <br />· Substandard rental unit (tax map parcel 51(1)3) <br />· Legal and appraisal <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
