TUESDAY, APRH, 13, 1999 <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Executive Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public <br />business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said Executive Session; and <br />(2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Executive Session were heard, <br />discussed, or considered during said Session. <br /> <br />Following their return to open meeting Council took the actions below, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Vote: 4-0 <br /> <br />Yeas: (4) Crabtree, Dallas, Poop, Teague. <br /> <br />Nays: (0) None <br /> <br /> A. No action. <br /> <br /> B. No action. <br /> <br /> C. Accepted the resignation of Clerk of Council Dewey P. Cashwell, Jr. from the position of <br /> Clerk. <br /> <br /> D. Appointed Ms. Judy MAltner Niblett of 813 B Street to the Community Criminal Justice <br /> Board for a three-year term ending February 28, 2001. <br /> <br /> Mayor Crabtree then announced that there would be a Travel and Tourism Initiative meeting held <br />at the Piedmont Arts Facility on Starling Avenue on April 20, 1999, at 7:00 p.m., and encouraged all <br />members of Council to attend. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their regular meeting, upon motion <br />duly seconded, by unanimous vote, Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
