396 <br /> <br />-TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 1988 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, <br />Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this ninth day of August, <br />1988, that the Zoning Map of the City of Martinsville be--and is <br />hereby--amended to the extent that property identified as Lot No. <br />19 and situated at 411 Starling Avenue (see City's Tax Map, Page <br />43, Section 2, Block C) is hereby rezoned from R-6 Residential to <br />P-2 Professional. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency <br />existing, this ordinance shall be in force on and after August <br />10, 1988. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, <br />Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this ninth day of August, <br />1988, that subsection F (P2 Professional District) of Section V <br />of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Martinsville be--and is <br />hereby--amended by the adding to said subsection F the following <br />usage (identified as No. 12) and the conditions attached thereto, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />12. Catering Services, provided that <br /> <br />Display of finished goods shall not be allowed on <br />facility premises; <br />Temporary storage of finished goods shall be <br />allowed but shall be stored out of public view; <br />Maximum size of catering establishment shall be 750 <br />square feet; and <br />Raw materials, such as sugar, flour, meats, etc., <br />shall be stored in an appropriate storage area not <br />to exceed fifty (50%) percent of the facility's <br />total area. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency <br />existing, this ordinance shall be in force on and after August <br />10, 1988. <br /> <br />In acceptance of City Manager Brown's recommendation, Council unanimously <br />adopted the following resolution which authorizes the City of Martinsville to <br />join with the cities of Bedford, Danville, Radford, Richlands, and Salem <br />(Virginia) in the formation of a municipal power agency, to be known as the <br />Blue Ridge Power Agency, for the purpose set forth therein: <br /> <br /> <br />
