396 -TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 1988 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this ninth day of August, 1988, that the Zoning Map of the City of Martinsville be--and is hereby--amended to the extent that property identified as Lot No. 19 and situated at 411 Starling Avenue (see City's Tax Map, Page 43, Section 2, Block C) is hereby rezoned from R-6 Residential to P-2 Professional. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency existing, this ordinance shall be in force on and after August 10, 1988. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular meeting assembled this ninth day of August, 1988, that subsection F (P2 Professional District) of Section V of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Martinsville be--and is hereby--amended by the adding to said subsection F the following usage (identified as No. 12) and the conditions attached thereto, as follows: 12. Catering Services, provided that Display of finished goods shall not be allowed on facility premises; Temporary storage of finished goods shall be allowed but shall be stored out of public view; Maximum size of catering establishment shall be 750 square feet; and Raw materials, such as sugar, flour, meats, etc., shall be stored in an appropriate storage area not to exceed fifty (50%) percent of the facility's total area. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that, an emergency existing, this ordinance shall be in force on and after August 10, 1988. In acceptance of City Manager Brown's recommendation, Council unanimously adopted the following resolution which authorizes the City of Martinsville to join with the cities of Bedford, Danville, Radford, Richlands, and Salem (Virginia) in the formation of a municipal power agency, to be known as the Blue Ridge Power Agency, for the purpose set forth therein:
