Roop <br />described the role therein of the Police Department in enforcing, along with <br />the Commissioner of the Revenue, permit requirements where applicable. <br /> <br />In accordance with applicable subsections of Section 2.1-344 of the CODE OF <br />VIRGINIA (1950, and as amended), and pursuant to motion, duly seconded and <br />unanimously carried by a recorded vote, Council convened into an Executive <br />Session for the purposes of considering personnel, legal, and real estate <br />matters. At the conclusion of this session, Council reconvened into regular <br />session and unanimously appointed or reappointed the following citizens to the <br />following agencies or boards: <br /> <br /> A.
