All members of Council were present: Allan <br /> McClain, Mayor; Alfred T. Groden, Vice-Mayor; George B. Adams, Jr.; <br /> 'L~D.'Oakes; andsClyde L. Councilman Adams noted that a meeting had taken place <br /> ~betWeenCouncilmen Williamsand himself and the Clerk of Council in <br /> 'order ~o review the location of certain documents and 6fficial <br /> records and toreview the job description for the Clerk of Council. <br /> <br />~Under business from the floor, Mr. Carl Preston, 1003 Fayette <br />~'~Street,'appeared before Council and stated that a City-owned refuse <br />co~tai'ner in front of his mother's property at 1003 Fayette Street <br />~as ~Continually overfilled.
