410 <br /> <br /> TUESDAY, JULY 10. 1990 <br /> <br /> Itg.the Water Fund and, therefore, will have to be reappropriated <br /> <br /> for use in FY90-91. Mr. Brown reported that this will be.brought <br />.to Council. for action at the July 24, 1990 meeting. In response <br /> <br /> t9 a question by Councilman Adams, Water Resources Director John <br />.~ches stated.. that although .the. City has not had experience with <br /> <br />the lowest bidder on the project, the City's consultants, Wiley & <br />Wilson, have had good experiences with the firm. Upon motion, duly <br />seconded, and by unanimous vote, Council authorized the City <br />Manager to execute contracts for the construction of the Booster <br /> <br />PUmp.~Station and 1 million gallon Steel.Welded Water Tank. <br /> <br />Upon~=motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council set two <br />public hearings for its July 24, 1990 meeting._ The first was a <br /> <br />request by Henry C. Wall on behalf of Eunice B. Wall to abandon an <br />unimproved,, unnamed street space located on- the east side of <br />Liberty Street and extending between Liberty and Greyson Streets <br />The second,was a requestby Henry C. Wall onbehalf of Eunice B. <br /> <br />Wall to rezone a portion 'of an unimproved, unnamed street space <br /> <br />and Lots 0,102 and 103 located on the east side of Liberty Street, <br /> <br />north of Greyson Street,. from R-9 Residentialto.C-3 Commercial. <br /> <br />CoUncil acknowledged areport on contributions by employees to the <br /> <br />Council commended the Fire <br />sponsoring the IBloodmobile <br /> <br />Red cross Bloodmobile at the Fire Department. The City Manager and <br /> <br />Department for -their efforts in <br /> <br /> <br />
