286 <br /> <br />TUESDAY, MARCH 13, 1990 <br /> <br />-related tothe City Manager, as authorized by Subsection 1. (It is noted that <br />the City Manager, City Attorney and Acting Clerk were excused from~the_Execu- <br />rive Session following discussion of appointments--the Attorney and Manager <br />were later called back in.) At the conclusion of this Executive Session, <br />Council reconvened into regular session wherein, bya recorded vote, each <br />member of Council certified that (1) only public business matters lawfully <br />exempted from open meeting requirements were discussed insaid Executive. <br />Session, viz., a legal matter, and (2) only those business matters are were <br />identified in the motion convening said Executive Session were heard, discussed <br />or considered by Council during said session. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded m~d unanimous vote, Council (B) appointed Gerald <br />Dem~ Campbell to fill the unexpired term (ending. April 1992) of Danny Turner on <br />the Piedmont Emergency Medical Services Council. Council took no action on <br />item (A) or (C). <br /> <br />Mayor Oakes then declared this meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br /> <br />
