TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1990 <br /> <br />Mallowere carried out under the Zoning Ordinance in a proper manner, that the <br />land had never been subdivided, therefore, there could not be a violation <br />related to resubdivision. City Manager Brown made several comments related to <br />this matter from a point of view of the Administration of the Zoning Ordinance <br />related to the development of the Mall, all of which were set forth in his <br />prepared report which is made a part of these minutes. Council asked City <br />Attorney Worthy to prepare a written response to Mr. Ford on behalf of <br /> <br />Council. Councilman Groden asked that City Council and the Planning Commission <br />have a joint meeting to discuss matters of mutual concern between the two <br />bodies. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and unanimous vote, Council made the following <br />appointments/reappointments to various Boards and Commissions: <br /> <br /> A. Martinsville-Henry County Clean Community Commission (Two-year ~terms ending 3/31/92) <br /> <br /> William H. Hooper <br /> Kevin B. Laine <br /> Marlane Anderson <br /> Perry Hartold <br /> Amy Gill <br /> James Cart Keith <br /> Nancy N. Henderson <br /> <br /> B. New River Regional Police Academy Board (0ne-year term ending 3/31/91) <br /> <br /> William C.
