He also stated that new industry that would pay decent wages might <br />provide an incentive for people not to sell drugs for money. <br /> <br />Wayne Prunty, Rivermont Apartments #83, spoke a second time expressing <br />concern about Police response time. <br /> <br />David Draper, 1011 Roundabout Road, asked that the City consider providing a <br />site (possibly the City Armory) where young people can go at.designated times <br />during the month. He also suggested the use of a School Bus to transport the <br />young people to such a location. He noted that the Schools should work with <br />and encourage kids who are excelling in school. <br /> <br />Arlene Porter, Rivermont Apartments, spoke again, asking the City to donate <br />an old bus to them for use in transporting youth to various activities. <br /> <br />James Willjams, 600 Third Street, stated the need for industry to pay good <br />wages, noting that surrounding areas are growing but the City seems to~be <br />stagnant. <br /> <br />Leonard R. Jones, 103 Randolph Street, Apartment 6, asked when the next forum <br />like this would be. He felt the City should keep having these forums until <br />we solve problems as a community. <br /> <br />Freddie Flood, 101 Endless Street, speaking a second time, asked the City to <br />consider enacting a curfew ordinance that would keep teenagers off the <br />streets at night. <br /> <br />William D.
