TUgSDAY. NOVEMBER 13, 1990 <br /> <br />session. wherein, by a recorded vote, each member of Council certified that <br />(1) only public business matters exempted from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Executive Session, and (2) only those business matters <br />identified in the motion convening the Executive Session were heard, <br />discussed or considered by Council during said session. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded, and by unanimous vote, Council appointed Ms. <br />Susan Shearer and Mr. James I. Stegall to serve a 3-year term each ending <br />6/30/93, and students, Ms. Kristal Shackelford and Ms. Beverly Pitzer, to <br />serve a 1-year term each ending 6/30/91, on the Office on Youth Board. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded, and by unanimous vote, Council reappointed Dr. <br />Mark A. Crabtree to serve a 3-year term ending 12/31/93 and Ms. Mary <br />Carrington to serve as Alternate for a 4-year term ending 12/31/94 on the <br />West Piedmont Planning District Commission's Technical Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />Counciltook no action on the appointment to the Anchor House Commission. <br /> <br />Council decided to cancel its second regular scheduled meeting in December <br />(which would fall on Christmas Day)~ <br /> <br />Mayor McClain then declared this meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Lance G.
