unexpired term ending 4/95. <br /> <br /> 3.11 <br /> <br />TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 1992 <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council adopted the <br />following Resolution: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, in <br />regular session held on June 9, 1992, that the City Attorney <br />be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 58.1-3954 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, <br />as amended, to institute and conduct an action at law <br />according to the provisions of Section 58.1-3953 against <br />Southeastern Health Care, Inc., 800 Picardy Road, Baton <br />Rouge, Louisiana 70809-3514 to obtain a judgment against the <br />said Southeastern Health Care, Inc. for all unpaid and past- <br />due taxes assessed against the said Southeastern Health Care, <br />Inc. with respect to property, both real and personal, owned <br />by the said Southwestern Heath Care, Inc. lying between <br />Starling Avenue and Oakdale Street in the City of <br />Martinsville, Virginia and located at 21 Starling Avenue, the <br />amount of said taxes presently being $82,656.42 for real <br />property and $17,391.68 for personal property, and to bring <br />any further proceedings at law or in equity necessary to <br />enforce said judgment once it has been obtained. <br /> <br />Council took no action regarding the acquisition of real property for <br />public purpose. <br /> <br />Vice-Mayor Groden then declared this meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Ln~ce G.
