TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 1992 <br /> <br />jurisdiction of Council, as authorized by Subsection 1, and (2) the <br />acquisition of real property for public purposes, as authorized by <br />Subsection 3. At the conclusion of this Executive Session, Council <br />reconvened into regular session, wherein, by a recorded vote, each <br />member of Council certified that (1) only public business matters <br />exempted from open meeting requirements were discussed in said <br />Executive Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in <br />the motion convening the Executive Session were heard, discussed or <br />considered during said Session° <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council requested (1) <br />that the Henry County Board of Supervisors delay the Special Meeting <br />scheduled for March 24 to discuss the Courthouse issue for at least 30 <br />days and no longer than 60 days; and (2) that future discussions on <br />that issue be referred to the Joint Committee which has been formed to <br />discuss the Solid Waste issue. <br /> <br />Council took no action on the personnel matter. <br /> <br />Mayor McClain then declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />L~nce G.
