TUESDAY, MARCH 9. 1999 <br />of the property in order for petitioner to have the right to enter on said land and construct its works or <br />improvements thereupon as described in its petition. <br /> <br /> The Martinsville Redevelopment and Housing Authority then adjourned and City Council <br />reconvened in Executive Session <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Executive Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public <br />business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said Executive Session; and <br />(2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Executive Session were heard, <br />discussed, or considered during said Session. <br /> <br />Following their return to open meeting Council took the following actions: <br /> <br />A. No action. <br />B. No action. <br />C. No action. <br />D. No action <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before COuncil during their regular meeting, upon motion <br />duly seconded, by unanimous vote, Mayor Crabtree declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Dewey P.
