TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 1992 <br /> <br />large position,' as authorized by Subsectionl; (2) A personnel matter <br />involving personnel under the jurisdiction of the City Manager, as <br />authorized bySubsection 1; ('3) A personnel matter involving personnel <br />under the jurisdiction of Council, as authorizedby Subsection 1.; and <br />(4) a legal matter as authorized by Subsection 7. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of this Executive Session, Council reconvened into <br />regular session, wherein, by a recorded vote, each member of Council <br />certified that (1) only public business matters exempted from opening <br />meeting requirements were discussed in said Executive Session; and (2) <br />only those business matters identified in the motion convening the <br />Executive Session were heard, discussed or considered during said <br />Session. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council waived the <br />privilege of confidentiality and directed that the letter from City <br />Attorney Dave Worthy be released to Mr. W. Holladay Yeaman. <br /> <br />Council took no action on items 1-3. <br /> <br />Mr. Heater reminded Council of the VML/VACO meeting in Richmond on <br />February 13, 1992. Councilman Oakes encouraged Council to attend the <br />meeting and lobby with area legislators. <br /> <br />Councilman Adams inquired as to whether there was any follow-up from <br />ci[izens attending.the November 21 Town Meeting at Albert Harris, after <br /> <br /> <br />
