<br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by said Council that this Ordinance shall be in
<br />force on and after July 1, 1994.

<br />In another matter related to the FY94-95 Budget, Council agreed to
<br />
<br />defer until its Spec,~ Meeting scheduled for May 17, 1994, considera-
<br />tion Of ~op~On of Council's Financial Policies, Goals and Objectives.
<br />
<br />Upon motion, duly seconded, and unanimous agreement, Council approved
<br />
<br />on first reading Ordinance No. 94-4 amending Chapter 18--Solid Waste,
<br />
<br />Article II--Refuse, Section 18-24--Fee Schedule of the City Code. It
<br />
<br />Was noted that the fee increases contained in the Ordinance are reflec-
<br />ted in the FY94-95 Budget as a result of an Agreement between the City
<br />
<br />and Henry County for the use of the City's Landfill at a tipping fee of
<br />$28.30 ~ar ton, to be effective July 1,=i994.
