That process should include a common form <br />for each project that will contain project information (exp. cost, <br />timing, flow chart estimate, description, etc.). Staff will <br />present strategies to Council based upon the category assigned by <br />Council and such strategies should include the identification of <br />opportunities for public-private collaborations in funding the <br />project. <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 2.1-344 (A) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA <br />(1950, and as amended) and upon motion, duly seconded and by <br />unanimous recorded vote, Council convened into Executive Session <br />for the purpose of discussing the following matters: (1) the <br />possible acquisition of real property for public purposes, as <br />authorized by Subsection 3; and (2) a personnel matter, as <br />authorized by Subsection 1. At the conclusion of this Executive <br />Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public <br />business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Executive Session; and (2) only those business <br />matters identified in the motion convening the Executive Session' <br />were heard, discussed or considered during said Session. <br /> <br />Council took no action on matters discussed in Executive Session. <br /> <br /> <br />
