That process should include a common form for each project that will contain project information (exp. cost, timing, flow chart estimate, description, etc.). Staff will present strategies to Council based upon the category assigned by Council and such strategies should include the identification of opportunities for public-private collaborations in funding the project. In accordance with Section 2.1-344 (A) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA (1950, and as amended) and upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous recorded vote, Council convened into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the following matters: (1) the possible acquisition of real property for public purposes, as authorized by Subsection 3; and (2) a personnel matter, as authorized by Subsection 1. At the conclusion of this Executive Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said Executive Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Executive Session' were heard, discussed or considered during said Session. Council took no action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
