Sheriff Steve Draper expressed support for this <br />action, but emphasized the continuing need for the City to develop a <br />community corrections plan. After much discussion, Mr. Reynolds stated <br />he would develop recommendations for the next Council meeting on how <br />the City could proceed to develop the community corrections plan. Upon <br />motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council concurred with the <br />City Manager's recommendation regarding the issuance of a request for <br />proposals. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council authorized <br />the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with FOCUS for the use of <br />City-owned property located at 17 Moss Street.
