TUESDAY, APRIL 25, 1995 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all subsections following this addition <br />will be renumbered as appropriate. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists and this Ordinance <br />shall become effective immediately upon adoption. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and bY Unanimous vote, Council re~erred to <br />the Planning Commission for recommendation, the rezoning of City-owned <br />property located on Clearview Drive from R-9 Residential to B-1 <br />Business. By separate motions and by separate votes, Council and the <br />Planning Commission decided to hold a joint public hearing On May 9, <br />1995 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at Clearview Elementary School. It was <br />noted that, if Clearview School were unavailable, Council and the <br />Commission authorized the Staff to arrange for alternate sites for the <br />public hearing. After discussion, the Council agreed to take no action <br />0n the rezoning on May 9th, but to defer action until the May 23, 1995 <br />regular·meeting in order to allow for adequate time for public comment. <br /> <br />There being no other business to conduct jointly with the Planning <br />Commission, the meeting was recessed and reconvened in the Council <br />Chamber. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council approved the <br />minutes of its meetings of April 6 and 11, 1995. <br /> <br />~pon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council approved a <br />Supplementa, apprQpriation to the FY 94-95 General Fund Budget in the <br />amount of "$i3'~1:~;'~"';t0';' be~';'taken fro~';' the' Industrial Development <br /> <br />Authority Reserve, in order to fund the remainder of the City's share <br /> <br />of FY 94-95 expenses for the Community in Transition activities. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council a~op~e~ ~he <br /> <br /> <br />
