Upon motion, duly seconded and by <br />unanimous vote, Council approved the rezoning subject to~adoptio~Df an <br />Ordinance at their next meeting. <br /> <br />Council considered adoption of the Housing Rehabilitation Community <br />Dwelling Standards as a part of the Massey Street Comprehensive <br />Community Development Grant Project. Mr. Scales stated the Standards <br />are well beyond those contained in the Section 8 Housing Standards, but <br />are not as stringent as the BOCA Code. Upon motion, duly seconded and <br />by unanimous vote, Council adopted the Standards. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council approved a <br />proposed Overall Economic Development Program Priority Project List to <br />be submitted to the West Piedmont Planning District Commission. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council accepted and <br />appropriated $1,216.98 from the Department of Criminal Justice Services <br />as the City's share of a drug seizure by the Police Department. <br /> <br />Council acknowledged a financial report for the month ending January <br />31, 1995. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council appointed Ed <br />Stone, 807 Banks Road, Carolyn Beale, 509 Mulberry Road, and Walter <br /> <br /> <br />
