MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 1995

Mr. S. Harold Lamm, Superintendent of Schools, presented a memorandum
requesting a total of $190,500 for the following items: $100,000 for
replacement of a chiller at the High School; $8,000 for a copy machine
at Albert Harris School; $8,000 for an air compressor at the High
School; S33,000 for tuition for hearing impaired students; $6,500 for
transportation for hearing impaired students; $15,000 for fees for a
technology consultant; and $20,000 for fees for a search firm aiding in
replacing the School Superintendent. However, due to time constraints, it
was the consensus of the two groups that another meeting be scheduled
to consider these matters.

There being no other business to come before the Council, Mayor Adams
