THURSDAY. NOVEMBER 2. 1995 <br />Clearview Business Park. Sam McGhee, of Hayes, Seay, Mattern & <br />Mattern, and Tom Harned reviewed conceptual plans which had been <br />developed for the Park. <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 2.1-344 (A) of the CODE OF VIRGINIA (1950, <br />and as amended) and upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous <br />recorded vote, Council convened into Executive Session for the purpose <br />of discussion of the possible disposition of City-owned property, as <br />authorized by Subsection 3. At the conclusion of this Executive <br />Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public business <br />matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said <br />Executive Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in <br />the motion convening the Executive Session were heard, discussed or <br />considered during said Session. <br /> <br />No action was taken regarding the matter discussed in Executive <br />Session. <br /> <br />Council decided to postpone discussion regarding the Uptown <br />Revitalization Association until the first work session scheduled in <br />December, 1995. <br /> <br />There being no other action to come before the Council, Mayor Adams <br />declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />~~.Heater~ <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br /> <br />
