TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1995 <br /> <br />beginning January 1, 1996, through June 30, 1996, to the ANCHOR <br />Commission to enable them to continue to provide these services without <br />interruption and without diminishment to the 21st Judicial District; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council plans to continue its <br />collaboration with Henry County and Patrick County in support of <br />ANCHOR's programs in the form of a local pro rata funding supplement <br />through FY98, so long as the State's funding formula under the Virginia <br />Juvenile Community Crime Control Act continues unabated. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council designated <br />Vice-Mayor Oakes as Voting Delegate and Councilman Williams as <br />Alternate for the Virginia Municipal League Annual Conference to be <br />held October 8-10, 1995. It was noted that Mayor Adams and Councilman <br />Crabtree would be unable to attend the conference. <br /> <br />Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous vote, Council rescheduled <br />its regular meeting of October 10, 1995 to October 12, 1995, beginning <br />at 7:30 P.M. The change in schedule was necessitated by the Municipal <br />League Conference. <br /> <br />There being no other business to come before the Council, Mayor Adams <br />declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />.
