J',82 TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 1997 Regional Library Board, Drug Task Force of Martinsville and Henry County Board, Economic Development Corporation Board, Office on Youth Commission, and the West Piedmont Planning District Commission Board), as authorized by Subsection 1; (2) consultation with legal counsel, as authorized by Subsection 7; (3) consultation with legal counsel, as authorized by Subsection 7; (4) possible acquisition of real property for public use, as authorized by Subsection 3; (5) consultation with legal counsel, as authorized by Subsection 7; and (6) a personnel matter under the jurisdiction of Council, as authorized by Subsection 1. At the conclusion of this Executive Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said Executive Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Executive Session were heard, discussed or considered d~ring said Session. Upon motion, duly seconded and by unanimous separate votes, Council made the following appointments: (1) ANCHOR Commission--Cynthia Ingram, 1163 Yorkshire Road, to a term ending 12/31/98 and Mark Stanfield, 25Spencer Street, to a term ending 12/31/97; (2) Blue Ridge Regional Library Board--Thomas Helmstutler, 500 Mulberry Road and Rives B. Coleman, 718 Windsor Lane, Apt. 3, both to 4-year terms beginning July 1, 1997; (3) Drug Task Force Board--Joseph Finley, 1658 Roundabout Road, to a 4-year term beginning July 1, 1997; (4) Economic Development Commission Board--Irving Groves, Jr., 1517 Mulberry Road, to a 4-year term beginning July 1, 1997; (5) Office on Youth Commission--Jean Smith, 1016 Jefferson Circle and Nathan Hines, 507 Letcher Street, both to 3-year terms beginning. July 1, 1997; and (6) West Piedmont Planning District Commission Board--Lafayette Jones, 501 Second Street, to a 3-
