To date, all concerns in the Northside/ <br />Chatham Hts. areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. <br />Citizens making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />· This graph includes 120 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between March 2007 and March 2008. Of the 120 complaints recorded, 113 have been resolved <br />and 7 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />· Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
