<br />September 8, 2008 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, assembled on <br />September 8, 2008, at 6:00 P.M. to tour the Southside areas neighborhoods <br />prior to their quarterly Neighborhood Focus Meeting. Council Members <br />present included: Mayor Kathy Lawson, Council Member Gene Teague, <br />Council Member Danny Turner, and Council Member Mark Stroud. Others <br />present included: Clarence Monday, Eric Monday, Leon Towarnicki, and Kim <br />Barto of the Martinsville Bulletin. <br />The tour ended at 7:30 PM.
