S. Ford, I have been authorizBd in a telephone <br />conversation with 1v1r. Ford to state that he will accept the swn of <br />$12,900.00 and a fourteen (14) inch reenforced concrete wall, according <br />to the City's specifications, built at the expense of the City within <br />his new property lines and adjoining the West line thereof next to <br />Bridge Street, for nhich he will convey to the City the propert;sr <br />ITEntioned below. <br /> <br />,"-- <br /> <br />The above wall is to have sufficient footings and to be the length <br />of the present wall on Bridge Street and to extend from the floor of the <br />present basement to the concrete s lab overhead, which is approximately <br />on the Street level. <br /> <br />The conveyance from P. S.
