<br />36 <br /> <br />'l'UESDA Y <br /> <br />JULY 28, ~953 <br /> <br />That this lease shall remain in full force and effect at the option of <br />the City during such period of time as the Ci t'J is furnished electric <br />energy at this location. At the expiration of this lease the City <br />shall remove its equipment within ninety (90) dqrs. <br /> <br />That the City..;ill not sub-let or assign the whole or any part of the <br />premises leasGd herein, without the vwitten consent of the Company. <br /> <br />That the City will pay all taxes and assessments upon t."1e improvements <br />placed by it on the herein leased premises; and upon termination of this <br />lease City will leave the prem..i.ses in substantially the same condition <br />as fou..l1d at the date of the execution of this lease. <br /> <br />This lease is subject to the right of the Company to connect its 33 I\'V <br />lire to the switching str"'J.cture and equipment to be placed on said premises <br />by said City, and each shalJ. asc:;ume full responsibili t,'r for the maintenance <br />and operation of its installations and equipnent, and shall indeJP..r.ify and <br />save harmless the other from and against any and all loss or damage, accidents <br />or injuries, to :r:;ersons or property, arlsinf; in an;.'!
