City Manager Mathewson, further, expressed his appreciation <br />to the local press and radio for their cooperation in publicizing this matter <br /> <br />and attributed to them and their efforts a major portion of the success already <br /> <br />derived from the use of the speed-meter. <br /> <br />/- <br /> <br />City Manager Mathewson then called Counci1's attention to the fact that this <br />date, September 9, 1952, marked the completion of forty-six years continuous <br /> <br />employment by Mr. John H.
