Street Lights. <br /> <br />The installation of street lights as provided in this section and as provided <br />in Section VIII shall be installed when either in the judgment of the City Council <br />street lighting shall be necessary within the subdivision or when 50% of the <br />owners of property within a specific area of a subdivision shall petition same. <br />Street lights, as installed. shall be in accordance with CS 22. <br /> <br />7. Miscellaneous. <br /> <br />a. Street trees shall be 1-1-1/2" caliper, 50 ft. to 75 ft. apart. per CS 19. <br /> <br />b. Seeding of planting strips shall be in accordance with CS 20. <br /> <br />c. Street name signs shall be at all intersections and shall be per CS 21. <br /> <br />C. Installation of Improvements. <br /> <br />1.
