Miscellaneous. <br /> <br />a. Street trees shall be 1-1-1/2" caliper, 50 ft. to 75 ft. apart, per CS 19. <br /> <br />b. Seeding of planting strips shall be in accordance with CS 20. <br /> <br />c. Street name signs shall be at all intersections and shall be per CS 21. <br /> <br />C. Installation of Improvements. <br />. <br /> <br />1.
