Sanitary Sewers. <br /> <br />a. Where a sanitary sewer is reasonably accessible, the subdivision shall <br />be connected with such sanitary sewer, and, mains provided reas on- <br />ably accessible to each lot. Where a public sanitary sewer main is not reasonably accessible, but <br />where plans for the sanitary sewer system of the district in which ~:he <br />subdivision is located, have been prepared by the City and funds <br />appropriated by the City Council for such construction, sewers shall be <br />installed in conformity with this section and with such plans, although a <br />connection with an existing main may not be immediately practical. In <br />such cases and until such connections are made with the sewer systE''''O r-,r <br />the district, the subdivider shall provide for the disposal of sanitary <br />sewerage by methods approved by the City Health Department. <br /> <br />4. Storm Sewers. <br /> <br />A storm sewel' system and other drainage improvem ents for the subdivision <br />shall be in accordance with plans as approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />5. Streets, pavement and sidewalks. <br /> <br />a. For street widths as provided for under Section 6 of this ordinance, <br />width of pavement required shall be as follows and wherein sidewalks <br />may be constructed they shall be in accordance with the following: <br /> <br />R.O.W.
