Such bundles or bales shall not <br />exceed thirty-six (36) inches in length or breadth; twenty (20) <br />inches in height; and fifty (50) pounds in weight. <br /> <br />An emergency existing, this ordinance shall be in force from <br />date of passage. <br /> <br />City Manager Hirst next reviewed with Council current regulations relating <br /> <br />to sewerage line connection requirements as well as enforcement policies <br /> <br />which have been in practice for several years. <br /> <br />Mr. M. H. MacBryde, Jr., Attorney at Law and Judge of Municipal and County <br /> <br />Courts, appeared before Oouncil and requested the enactment of an ordinance <br /> <br />prohibiting loitering on public property and making such offenses a misdemeanor. <br />Judge MacBryde cited specific instances of such loitering, especially an and <br /> <br /> <br />around Henry County Courthouse property. Inasmuch as there was some question <br /> <br />as to political jurisdiction and enforcement of such an ordinance on and <br /> <br />around the county property, Judge MacBryde indicated that he could and would <br /> <br />obtain a request from the Henry County Board of Supervisors that the City <br /> <br />authorities enact and enforce such an ordinance. <br /> <br />,-- <br /> <br />Council was adj ourned. <br /> <br />~~ <br />W.
