Webb and Associates of the f:inn of City <br />and 'l'O\'ffi Plarming Associates in Chapel Hill, Horth Carolina and has obtained <br />a proposal from both the Eighway Department and Webb and Associates which <br />proposals are attached hereto. These refer to proposals outlining the total <br />planning program for Martinsville involving 2n expenditure of $J$ ,000.
