V. Hoodson presiding, was held in the GOlmcil Chamber, <br /> <br />City Hall, on Tuesday, December 11, 1956, at 7:30 P.ti., all members being present, <br /> <br />viz., Nayor and Councilman F. V. vJ'oodson; Vice-Hayor and CouncilJIlan John vI. <br /> <br />Shultz; end Cucncilmen B. H. Hill, E. E. stone, and J. R.
