In the specific offer of Henderson <br />and Henderson, City Manager Hirst advised that it appeared attractive to the City; <br />whereupon motion, duly secorrled and unanimously carried, Council accepted the offer <br />made by Y..r. Herrlerson and directed that construction of the lines proceed as soon <br />as possible, acceptance being contingent upon receiving from Lanier Farm, Inc., an <br />easement to cross its property and, also, its permission to connect these lines with <br />the Indian Trail line flowirg into a septic tank below.
