<br />~16 <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />" <br />',- <br />',- <br /> <br />TUESDA Y <br /> <br />SEPTEI~ 27. 1960 <br /> <br />Council also referred to the Planning Commission a reauest--as submitted by <br /> <br />the firm Fifteen Cleveland, Inc., owners of pronerty now known as the <br /> <br />Professional Arts Center-for clarification of zoning restrictions currently <br /> <br />imposed on this property and its usage at 15 Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />In acceptance of the Planning Commission's following conditional approval of <br /> <br />subdivision proposals and nlans of Lanier Form, Inc., and the C. Y. Thomas <br /> <br />Estate, Council authorized for execution by City offiCials, subject to the <br /> <br />City Attorney's anDroval, contracts with these two developers in keeping <br /> <br />with the City's Subdivision Ordinances: <br /> <br />Your Planning Commission, at its meeting on September 14, 1960, <br />considered two requests for conditional approval of subdivisions <br />within the City. <br /> <br />The first of these requests was presented by l~. Rives S. Brown, <br />Jr., on behalf of Lanier Farm, Inc., for a new subdivision lying <br />between Corn Tassel Trail and Sam Lions Trail along the east <br />corporate limits of the City. Upon ascertaining that this sub- <br />division meets the design standards of the City's ordinance and <br />being advised that the petitioner will comply with the improvement <br />requirements of the ordinance, your Commisdon voted unanimously <br />to grant conditional approval to this subdivision. <br /> <br />The second request was presented by ~~. J. A. Gustin on behalf of <br />the C. Y. Thomas Estate for a part of a new subdivision bounded by <br />Booker Road, Church Street Extension and Brookdale Street. Upon <br />ascertaining that this subdivision meets the design standards of <br />the City's subdivision ordinance and upon being advised that the <br />petitioner will comply with all of the terms of the requirement <br />improvements section of the ordinance, the Commission voted <br />unanimously to grant c01.';.d=_ticnal ap::;rovsJ. 'tc ".:~-,:i:3 s111'd:'cY:Edon. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission respectfully advises Council of its <br />action of these two matters for Council's further consideration. <br /> <br />Council referred to City Manager Hirst a complaint registered by }~. H. L. Griggs, <br /> <br />1319 Chathrum Road, nertaining to water utility billing charges assessed against <br /> <br />him. <br /> <br />'.. <br />
