The time s pent in analyzing the individual locations has <br />been valuable in satisfaction that a thorough study has been made. Consider- <br />able time has been spent in the possibility of securing one particular location. <br />Howevl~r, it is doubted this can materalize, with regard to the land being avail- <br />able. The fourth, and entirely satisfactory, site is now under negotiation and <br />it is hoped to bring something firm on this to Council within a short time. <br /> <br />It is hoped this report has been complete and adequate.
